Top No Wipe Real Color has no dispersion layer and allows for the immediate application of Semiflash Mirror Metallic and Semiflash Chameleon powders.

How to use:
Apply a thin layer of Semilac Top No Wipe Real Color over any previously applied semi-permanent color cured under a UV/LED lamp.
