Before use, mix the product by rolling it between your hands (do not shake). The top coat is applied over any dried color and then hardened under a UV/LED lamp. For a more visible particle effect, the top coat application can be repeated.
Before removing the manicure, gently buff the Top Blink with a nail file or buffing block.
