Semilac Top is a finishing product for semi-permanent nail polish that provides shine to any color.
It is applied over the second coat of color once cured under a lamp and cures under both LED and UV lamps. Once cured, it DOES require cleaning with Semilac Nail Cleaner.
The product is dermatologically tested.
How to use:
Apply a thin layer of Semilac Top over any semi-permanent color previously cured under a UV/LED lamp.
