How to apply Le Crayon Khôl
- To enhance the smoky effect, gently pull down the lower eyelid and glide the pencil along the inner rim.
- To define the upper eyelid, keep the line as close as possible to the lash line.
- Extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of the eye to lengthen the contour.
