- Fold and Insert:Before insertion, fold the OrganiCup.
There are different folding techniques. Insert the cup as high as possible and allow it to unfold and create a suction seal.

- Reach and feel around the base of the cup.
It should feel round or oval and have no noticeable creases. If you notice any dents, gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and twist it to unfold.
When the cup is unfolded correctly, you shouldn't be able to feel it, and there's no risk of leakage.
- You can wear it for up to 12 hours (depending on your flow).

Grab it by the stem and gently wiggle it until you can hold the bottom of the cup.
Then squeeze the bottom to release the suction seal, and you can gently pull the cup out.
Using your abdominal muscles can help you remove it even more easily.
