Skin Type: Apply Lancaster Softening Perfecting Toner with a cotton pad to cleansed skin. Moisten the cotton pad with a few drops and apply to the face, starting from the center and gently gliding the pad outwards. Avoid the lips and the delicate eye area. Change the cotton pad frequently until cleansing is complete. No need to rinse.
