SI-NAILS® MicoXpert MD is a medical device for the treatment and prevention of mild to moderate fungal infections of fingernails and toenails.
It works on the most common types of fungi that affect nails: Dermatophytes (tinea unguium), Candida yeasts (candidiasis), filamentous fungi, and mold.
In addition, it helps improve the appearance of nails and cuticles, as well as the yellowing sometimes caused by a fungal infection.
SI-NAILS® MicoXpert MD contains a patented combination of ingredients that forms a protective physical barrier, creating an environment unfavorable to fungi and other microorganisms. This prevents their growth and spread to other nails and/or the brush, thus preventing future infections. The first time you use the product, you will need to press the applicator brush until it is moistened (approximately 30 times). You should also cut your nails as short as possible and keep them that way for the duration of the treatment. Once you have started using the product, only one press per nail is necessary. Apply twice a day (morning and evening) to clean, dry nails (without polish), including the affected nails and adjacent nails, as well as the cuticles. Avoid contact with water at the application site or reapply the product after washing your hands. Filing is not necessary. Apply the treatment for at least 3 months. Due to slow nail growth, treatment may need to be continued for 6, 9, or 12 months. It is recommended to consult a health professional
