Glycolic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA). Its small molecule allows it to penetrate the skin.Its main function is to exfoliate the skin by breaking the bonds between dead skin cells.Glycolic acid is particularly suitable for acne-prone skin, as it unclogs pores and therefore helps prevent the formation of acne and blackheads.Removing dead skin cells also helps with the rough texture of the skin, pigmentation and evens out the overall tone of the skin. Skin Type: Apply 4-5 drops at night to clean, completely dry skin, avoiding the eye area, and massage gently. After 10-15 minutes, rinse well with water. Wait until the skin is dry before applying a nourishing oil or moisturizer. A sensitivity test is recommended before the first application.
