- Turn the roller of the Pure Finish Mineral Powder Foundation clockwise to dispense a small amount of powder. Saturate the powder with the Elizabeth Arden face powder brush until the bristles are coated. Tap the brush to help the powder adhere to the hair strands and remove any excess. Apply to the skin using circular motions. Start from the center of the face, blending the powder towards the forehead and cheeks. Always apply a light layer at first.
