How to apply eye makeup?
- Always start with the base so the pigments adhere. Next, use the applicator to tap the powder onto your eyelid to prevent the pigment from falling out. Use the brush to blend different shades, to apply the eyeshadow, or the pencil to dramatize your eyes with layers of color and pearlescent effects. You can also use eyeshadow as eyeliner, using the applicator to apply it close to your lash line. Use the lid to mix the colors and create new shades.
