This is a retractable pencil with a built-in sharpener and a creamy, firm tip that offers smooth glide and perfect, precise definition.
It comes in 8 shades with different effects:
- Sparkling: luminous shades infused with a delicate shimmer.
- Mystic: dark shades with subtle sparkles.
Its formula is enriched with rosehip oil, naturally derived bisabolol, and vitamin E acetate, which cares for the delicate skin of the eyelids.
It is also resistant to rain, humidity, heat, tears, exertion, sweat, and sebum.

How to apply Phyto-Khol Star Waterproof?
- Place the pencil along the root of your upper lashes and draw a line from corner to corner.
- Shape the thickness and thickness of the line to achieve the desired look.
The creamy tip allows for two different results:
- For a deep, intense look, apply the pencil along the root of your lower lashes.
- For smoky eyes, apply the pencil to your eyelid and blend or smudge the line.
