Nasalmer has a dual mechanism:
- Mechanical action (By a sweeping mechanism) removes foreign substances (viruses, bacteria, dust, tobacco smoke, etc.) from the nasal cavity and eliminates excess mucus.
- Action on the nasal mucosa (Osmosis): promotes the function of the mucociliary system, reduces nasal congestion and inflammation, aids in mucosal repair, and prevents complications such as otitis or bronchitis.
Nasalmer can be used as often as necessary without risk to the nasal cavity. Spray into the nostril.
Natural and sterile seawater with a mineral salt content of 1.8%. Preservative-free. There are 3 HYPERTONIC presentations of Nasalmer, with different concentrations of mineral salts and nozzles for greater comfort.
