Nature's Bounty® Mini Omega-3 Dietary Supplement 450 mg is a concentrated and purified fish oil that provides the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA in small, easy-to-swallow softgels. 1DHA and EPA contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. 2DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 250 mg of DHA.
For adults, take two (2) softgels daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Two (2) softgels provide: Fish oil 1290 mg, which provides: a total of 900 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, composed of: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 585 mg, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 225 mg, and 81 mg of other fatty acids.
