Sterilize before first use. Wash your hands before use. Press the sides of the cup together and then fold the cup into a "U" shape.
Place a finger on the top edge of the cup and press inwards to form a triangle. Insert the cup. To check if it is correctly positioned, rotate it 360º while holding it at the base.
If it is correctly positioned, it should rotate easily.
Medical-grade silicone. Does not contain latex, BPA, or filters.
