- Apply to clean, dry eyelids.

- For best results, use the primer before application.
- If you need to reposition the magnetic lashes once the magnetic liquid liner has dried, slowly peel the lashes back and carefully remove any magnetic liquid liner from the band, being careful not to detach the magnets from the lash band.
