The new little jars with CA-CHI-TOS don't contain just any little pieces. They contain 100% organic and very fun pieces! They have been developed to grow with your baby, expanding the Smileat jar range to older ages. The three recipes in this new range of CA-CHI-TOS, besides being great fun, are validated by nutritionists and designed with the following in mind: - 100% organic ingredients, like everything at Smileat. - A high proportion of different, seasonal vegetables. - The right ratio of high-quality protein. - Carbohydrates in the form of small, cooked pieces, but not pureed. - And complemented with organic extra virgin olive oil. Open the jar and stir with a spoon. Heat in a water bath (or microwave). Check the temperature. Do not add salt.
