Apply morning and evening after lotion. Spread an approximate amount (2-3 pumps) all over the face and neck using the original massage method.
1. Massage upwards along the jawline and apply pressure to the neck below the earlobe.
Next, massage down to the collarbone and apply pressure to the hollow just above it. Repeat on the other side. 2. Place both thumbs under your chin and, applying gentle pressure, massage repeatedly from side to side. 3. Gently pinch both sides of your jaw with your fingers in three steps, as shown in the illustration. 4. Place your middle fingers on either side of your mouth and gently massage in circular motions. 5. With all four fingers, gently massage area 1 in circular motions, applying gentle pressure.
