Apply a small amount, about the size of a pea, of VITIS® Kids toothpaste gel to a suitable toothbrush with soft, rounded bristles, such as the VITIS® Kids toothbrush. Brush your teeth carefully twice a day for at least 2 minutes, preferably after meals and before bed. It is recommended not to rinse your mouth with water after using the toothpaste; simply spit out any excess gel remaining in your mouth so that the fluoride stays in contact with your teeth longer.
