Kegel Trainer is a portable vibrator and Kegel trainer that allows you to start working your pelvic floor from scratch with Kegel exercises and gradually increase the intensity.
Insert the Kegel trainer gently by sliding the larger, rounded end into the vagina until it is comfortably positioned. The tail of the Kegel trainer should remain outside the body, pointing towards the navel.
Once the product is inserted, turned on, and in training mode, perform your pelvic floor exercises. If the exercises are performed correctly, the indicator lights on the remote control will illuminate. The more intense the exercise, the more lights will illuminate.
If the lights do not illuminate, try repositioning the Kegel trainer internally and/or ensure the Kegel trainer is connected to the remote control by gently squeezing it in your hand.
