Hydration Elation Intensive Conditioner invites you to immerse your curls in this combination of hydration and emollients to repair them, keep them strong, shiny, and full of life.

- Gives elasticity to the hair. Improves manageability and overall hair health. Treat your hair every 2 to 3 weeks (or even more frequently, depending on your hair's condition and what you do to it). Concern: First, cleanse your hair with one of the As I Am® cleansers: Cleansing Pudding + or Coconut CoWash. Distribute Hydration Elation® throughout your hair. Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes with a plastic cap. Optional: Allow the conditioner to penetrate with heat for a deeper treatment. Remove the cap, add a little water, and then gently detangle your hair. Rinse thoroughly. Treat your Hair with an intensive conditioning treatment every 2 to 3 weeks (or even more often, depending on your hair's condition and what you do to it). Very curly or wavy hair tends to be drier than other textures. It needs moisture to resist styling damage, feel good, and look vibrant. Our curls and waves align more easily and are softer when they are consistently moisturized. Selecting moisturizing products for your hair is very important, but it's only part of the solution. You should also avoid practices that strip moisture from your hair, such as washing with harsh shampoos, exposing your hair to extreme sunlight, wind, and cold weather. Get into the habit of "caring" for your hair with moisturizing products created for that purpose. Deep condition your hair every 2 to 3 weeks. You may want to do this more often, depending on the condition of your hair and what you do to it. Whenever time allows, use a dryer cap, in a warm, not hot, environment, and leave the conditioner on for 25-30 minutes. This allows for greater penetration of conditioners and moisturizers. Always detangle gently. Use protectants, at least occasionally.
