Blow your nose. 2. Shake the bottle before use. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Before using for the first time, press the pump a few times until the first spray is released. Take special care not to spray the product in your eyes or mouth. 5. Hold the bottle vertically, resting its base on your thumb and encircling the nasal applicator with two fingers. 6.
