- Step 1: Draw the first line from the outer corner of your eye towards the tip of your eyebrow.
- Step 2:Draw a line between the tip of the line already drawn and the center of your lashes.
- Step 3:Draw a line between the midpoint of your lashes and the inner corner of your eye.
- Step 4:Fill in the gaps for a perfect eyeliner look. For a "cat-like" effect, apply the black precision mascara or the volume mascara to the tips of your lashes.
