Cut approximately 45 cm of dental tape, wrap the tape around the middle finger of each hand, leaving 10 cm of tape between them. />
Tighten the tape and gently insert it between your teeth, sliding it with an inward and outward motion, applying pressure to the side of each tooth.
Repeat the same process with the remaining teeth, always using a clean piece of dental tape.
