This is a liquid nail drying lacquer with an amazingly convenient application.
It has a dropper applicator for easy handling and product conservation.
3-free formula: free of toluene, formaldehyde, and dibutyl phthalates.
It also contains less than 60% acetone. How to use Drip Dry Lacquer Drying Drops: Step 1 - Apply a layer of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat to your clean nail and your chosen color. Step 2 - Apply 1 or 2 drops to each nail. Step 3 - Wait 3 minutes and you're done!
