Skin Type:
1. Apply Rosy Glow using the No. 16 blush brush, gently sweeping it across the tops of the cheekbones.
2. Wait a few moments for a custom-made color to develop with a natural effect.
For more intense shades, take a small amount of product and gently blend it onto the tops of your cheekbones to create a veil of color.
