Shake well before use. Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure, for approximately one minute, with short sprays from a distance of 15 centimeters, evenly covering the skin and ensuring that all exposed areas are covered.
To maintain effective protection, reapply frequently, especially after swimming, toweling off, or perspiring.
Applying too small an amount will significantly reduce the level of protection.
