- Adults and children 12 years and older:
Brush your teeth for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and no more than three times.
Ensure you brush over sensitive areas of your teeth. Avoid swallowing the toothpaste and spit it out after brushing. - Children under 12 years: Do not use unless expressly recommended by a doctor or dentist.
