Size Guide
- Size S:For women under 18 who do not have regular sexual intercourse. • Size M: For women under 25 who have not given birth vaginally. Size L: For women over 25 or who have given birth vaginally. The leaflet that comes with the cup explains all the details. Wash your hands thoroughly and get into a comfortable position. Fold the cup and hold it with one hand. With the other hand, separate your labia and insert the cup towards your tailbone or the base of your spine. Once inserted, release the cup; it will open and adapt perfectly to the vaginal wall.
