The root of the Turmeric plant has been widely used for centuries. Curcumin is the main curcuminoid in turmeric and is widely used in Ayurvedic traditions.
Take one or two capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
One capsule provides: Turmeric root, Curcuma longa, 450 mg and standardized turmeric root extract 50 mg (95% curcuminoids)
