HOW TO APPLY BYE BYE UNDER EYE BAGS?
ON CLEAN SKIN:
On completely dry skin, apply a small amount of Bye Bye Under Eye Bags to each eye.
Apply light pressure with your ring fingertips and glide evenly from the inner to the outer corner of the eye twice.
TIP: Preferably, blend as little as possible, without rubbing, to create a film around the eye area.
Finally, leave the product on for 15 minutes. Relax your face and let it work. Do not squint or smile until the product has dried.
ON MAKEUP: Use the same way as without makeup; it is designed to be applied over makeup once it is completely dry. If necessary, remove excess oil with a tissue or blotting paper before applying the product.
Note: If used with concealer, foundation, or powder, Bye Bye Under Eye Bags should be the last product applied on top for maximum effectiveness.
