TONE:Using the sides of your index fingers, rub downwards along the sides of your nose. Stretch the skin outwards from the face and up to the ears, using the sides of your index fingers. Firm: Slide the palms of your hands flat along each side of your jaw, starting at the base of your chin and moving towards your ears.
